As a certified, holistic, trauma-informed business coach and marketing consultant, I help health and wellness practitioners, holistic entrepreneurs, and small business owners start and grow thriving practices.
A lifelong marketer with an MBA, and Certified Professional Coaching (CPC) certification, I’ve spent the last decade helping health and wellness practitioners, coaches, healers, and creative entrepreneurs start and grow businesses that reflect who they are and the unique value they bring to those they serve.
Working together, I help my clients grow a thriving practice through clear and simple business strategies, authentic marketing practices, and coaching that helps them shine, in work and in life.
Why I started Create Coaching & Consulting
A dedicated achiever, I graduated college with two Bachelor’s degrees and spent the next several years climbing the corporate ladder as a marketing consultant and brand strategist for Fortune 500 companies.
Not long after earning my MBA and reaching the next rung on the corporate ladder, I realized my real dream: to work for myself.
Shortly after earning my coaching certification with IPEC, I launched my coaching and consulting business. Initially offering life, career, and business coaching, I eventually found my niche as a holistic business and marketing coach.
Since 2015, I’ve been helping the helpers — purpose-driven entrepreneurs and holistic practitioners — start and grow businesses that reflect the value they bring and the positive impact they make.
